Ross Pearson vs. Melvin Guillard rematch set for March 8 in London

The co-main event for Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 30 ended climactically when Melvin Guillard unintentionally hit and cut open the head of Ross Pearson with an illegal knee and the fight was ruled a no-contest in the first round. With both sluggers eager to finish the bout right, the UFC wasted no time in scheduling a rematch between the pair.

Pearson vs. Guillard II is now set for March 8 in London when the UFC returns to the U.K. Before the no-contest, Pearson was riding a two fight win streak and Guillard had won his last bout in June over Mac Danzig by KO.
